TownePlace Suites by Marriott Oshkosh

King bed and pillows very comfortable. Enjoyed this room very much for our one night stay. I wanted to add a review to say the pullout couch is NOT something you can sleep on. The top portion of the couch flipped down and nothing pulled out... there is no mattress. It is hard hard! I'm surprised they even consider this a bed. If you drink too much and don't know what's happening, it's perfect. Otherwise pay more for a second bed.

Very clean and the rooms are super quiet and love the layout and little features like the light in the closet - Miguel was one of the most polite and hard working staff I’ve come across in a long time and made the experience that much better! I’m not one to write many reviews but this experience was worth the time

Great location if going to a Packers game, about a 45 drive. The hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

A True Home Away From Home I had the pleasure of staying at this property for five weeks, and it was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in Oshkosh. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Megan, Miguel, Carmen, Lee, Brent, and many others went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and personal. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed for extended stays. Each room includes a kitchenette with a countertop stove, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with freezer, and even pots and pans—everything I needed to prepare meals just like I would at home. These details made a big difference during a long stay. I especially appreciated the water bottle filling stations throughout the property—a small feature that made a big impact. The complimentary breakfast was always well-stocked with a wide variety of options, and I loved being able to take a few fresh fruits back to my room. Of the six weeks I spent in the area, I had to stay one week in Appleton at a Hilton property. It didn’t even come close to the level of comfort, service, and hospitality I received here. This hotel truly sets the standard. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Oshkosh—whether for a night or an extended stay.

Really enjoyed staying here. Newer facility. Great breakfast and the rooms were fresh and clean. Nice swimming pool sized for children. Nice lobby area.

I stayed here with my little granddaughter for a special night while her parents went out to celebrate their Anniversary. I searched hotel reviews in 2 local counties before choosing TownPlace Suites. I primarily wanted a nice pool area, and we were very happy with it. Clean and warm. The only downside was no hot tub. There’s a nice fitness area although we didn’t use it. Our room was just right for the 2 of us. My granddaughter especially enjoyed the huge shower. And we both enjoyed the breakfast. The man working in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. Our bed was super comfortable and the TV was huge. Nice view of a local park out our windows. The room was very quiet. The only issue that I brought up at checkout was that someone was smoking pot overnight. I know how hard it is to put an end to that when you can’t be sure what room it’s coming from. The woman at the front desk was very empathetic and did discount our room, which I appreciate. I felt very bad exposing my granddaughter to that smoke. All in all a great stay!

Located close to fuel and restaurants. There was a true north across the street that I went to a couple of times, it seemed like it was well taken care of, and the traffic coming and going seemed to be regular enough. If you have ever stayed in a hotel next to a bad convenience store, you understand. The breakfast was great every day with oatmeal, eggs, sausage or ham, French toast and waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, and fruit (an included good breakfast is compulsory for me). The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly at the desk, housekeeping was friendly and on the spot with extra pillows and towels, as well as the cooks in the morning were friendly and accommodating. The fitness room was clean and adequate with dumbbells and cable machines and treadmills; and the indoor pool looked good, but I didn’t use it although there was a family in there while I was in the weight room and they seemed to like it just fine. There is a coin laundry room and was well lit and clean, I had no problems with the washer and dryer, and the front desk was kind enough to make change so I could wash my clothes. They had grills and a fire pit out front that I think were gas from the looks of them but I didn’t use either. I don’t know that I will have a reason to go back to Oshkosh again, but if I happen through the area again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Read the previous reviews and we decided to stay here for a long weekend. Very clean room. No smell in the room. No mold in bathroom. Only complaint we have is that the walls are a little thin. Minor detail from all the positives. Brent at the front desk was very helpful. One of the better hotels we've stayed at. Will stay here again if in town!!!!
